This page explains, at a high level, what information is processed when you use Auto-SWPPP Idaho.
Information you provide
- Project and site details you enter in the builder (e.g., contacts, site descriptors, selections).
- Any narrative text you type or generate in the wizard.
- Messages you submit through the Contact page (if used).
How it is used
- To generate your SWPPP DOCX output.
- To generate draft narrative text (if you use the AI narrative feature).
- To troubleshoot errors and improve reliability (basic logs).
AI narrative processing
If you use AI narrative generation, the site sends a limited subset of your builder inputs to the AI provider to draft text. Do not include secrets or unnecessary sensitive personal information in fields used for narrative generation.
Retention
Retention depends on how the service is configured in the environment where it is deployed. If you need a specific retention policy (e.g., no storage, or storing drafts), contact us.
